Saratoga Morning Workout 7-29-2006

During the track season at Saratoga they open the gates to the track at 7am everyday for their traditional track-side breakfast. On the weekends it is really crowded even that early with people showing up for the breakfast and others showing up to save a picnic table for later in the day. Personally I like the track a lot better at this time of the day without all the people and the noise.

Karen and I went to the Garlic Festival in Saugerties again this year. Same stinky stuff as last year. The food there is definately worth the hour drive from Albany. Here are a few pics
